Morgan Kirby's preschool class did an experiment that used sight, smell, and hearing to help them learn about their senses! The class combined Jello-O and baking soda and then sprayed it with vinegar to see what would happen. They had a very fun time! 😄

The students at Alliance Elementary School kicked off their Dot Day activities last Friday by coloring their own dot to make their mark. Each student's dot will be added to a display that will be up all year.

As a district, we are participating in #StartWithHelloWeek from Sept. 18-22! Throughout the week, our schools will hold various activities geared towards getting students involved and making new connections. Some of the activities include wearing name tags so students and staff can greet each other by name, giving sweet treats to promote random acts of kindness and even writing positive messages for another student or staff member. Alliance is competing against Carrollton for this year's Goodwill Drive to Victory Sept. 25-29. A Goodwill trailer will be in the back parking lot of AHS. All donations must be dropped off at the trailer.
The school with the most donations wins a $250 scholarship! #RepthatA

The Premedical Professions Career Tech students at Alliance High School practiced putting on their personal protective equipment (PPE) this week in class. They're starting to look like true medical professionals! How exciting! #RepthatA




The AHS Boys Soccer Team hosted a Youth Soccer Night this week! These champs weathered the rain to be able to play on the field during half time. They had a blast! #RepthatA
