Today's Tennis match vs. West Branch has been moved to the Salem Racquet Club. The match will still begin at 4pm.

Erica Thompson and Deb Kelley's preschool class has been learning about a variety of topics from our bodies and how to keep them healthy, how to eat nutritious foods and what food group they belong in, as well as our new season of spring and what that brings, insects!!

Rockhill third graders took a trip to the Huston Brumbaugh Nature Center today to further their lessons on the life cycles and seeds. Students got to do hands-on activities and observe what they have learned outside of the classroom. #Acspresents

Due to inclement weather Alliance City Schools are CLOSED today, Wednesday, March 21. Adult Career Center classes will still be in session as scheduled.

Due to inclement weather Alliance City Schools is on a two hour delay today, Wednesday, March 21. AELS preschool morning classes will be cancelled. The Alliance Career Center will have classes as normal.

A reminder to fifth grade families that sign-up sheets for sixth grade band, choir, and orchestra are to be returned by this Friday, March 23 to students' homeroom teachers. The music teachers at AMS are looking forward to having your students in their performing ensembles!

The kindergartners in Holly Power's room enjoyed an edible science experiment! After learning about solids, liquids and gases in this week's "Water Unit", students studied and enjoyed Root Beer floats to illustrate the concept. Before eating, the students had to state which part of the float was solid, which was liquid, and which was gas. They drew a picture of what their floats looked like when the soda was added and wrote a description! Who said learning can't be delicious!





Scott Daly of @Focus3_team kicked off ACS's leadership training of the "R Factor" yesterday. Leaders from each building learned about the philosophy that will help shape the culture of ACS over years to come. #ACSpresents E+R=O
