Alliance City School District

The athletic department will be hosting free physicals good for the 2018-19 school year on May 10th to any interested current 6th-11th grade student.  In order to get your physical on this date all paperwork must be submitted electronically by going to alliance-oh.finalforms.com by May 1st.  No paper forms will be accepted.  If you have questions or need a copy of the sign-up instructions please call the athletic office at 821-3972.
