Cory Muller

ALLIANCE, OHIO (April 1, 2025) – Cory Muller has announced his resignation as principal of Alliance Early Learning School to accept a central office position in another district.

Muller joined Alliance City Schools in 2017 as principal of Parkway Elementary School. During his eight-year tenure, he served as principal of Parkway, Alliance Elementary School and most recently, Alliance Early Learning School for the past three years.

“Our students, parents, and staff all benefited from Cory's energy, passion, and dedication to ACS,” said Rob Gress, Superintendent of Schools. “We will miss him but wish him nothing but the best as he starts on this next step of his career advancement.”

Muller will remain with Alliance City Schools until mid-June, when he will depart for his new position.

“It has been an honor to serve the students, parents and educators in Alliance City Schools,” Muller said. “I sincerely appreciate the amazing staff and administrators that I have been able to work alongside these past eight years, and I know the great work of preparing all students for life, college and careers will continue.”

The district will begin the process of selecting the next principal in the coming weeks and will share updates with families and staff as the transition moves forward.
